    Acquiri is a done-for-you appointment system for businesses serving the over-60s: funeral homes, stairlift dealers, walk-in bath installers, home-adaptation companies, and the specialists who quietly keep older adults living well in their own homes. We run the Meta ads, call every lead within minutes, qualify them on the phone, and drop confirmed appointments straight into the calendar. No lead sheets to chase. No generalist agency running the same playbook they run for SaaS.

    The problem we exist to solve

    The over-60s market is one of the largest, best-funded consumer segments on the planet, and it is served almost exclusively by generalist marketing agencies who cannot write copy for a 72 year old and would not know how to call one. Independent stairlift dealers, funeral directors, and walk-in bath installers have been told for years that "digital marketing" means paying for Google clicks and hoping. The result is expensive form fills, no-show appointments, and a suspicion that this whole channel does not really work for their category.

    It does. It just needs a stack built for the actual buyer.

    How we built the system

    We started by testing hundreds of Meta ad variants inside a single stairlift business and a single funeral home, in parallel, across the UK and US. We threw out every playbook we had seen work for younger audiences: the short-form video hooks, the ironic copy, the trend-driven creative. What replaced them was slower pacing, higher-contrast text, larger faces, and copy that respected the reader.

    Then we built the call layer. Because a Meta lead in this category is a 70 year old who tapped a button while making tea, and if you do not call inside ten minutes they will not remember doing it. Our UK and US call teams ring every lead, qualify on the six questions that actually matter, and book straight into the partner's calendar. Speed to first call is under two minutes on median.

    We cap partner counts per service area so we are never competing inside our own client list. If your area is open, we will tell you on the qualification call. If it is not, we will tell you that too.

    The founder

    Acquiri was founded by Femi Nwaojigba after several years watching independent operators in high-ticket senior-services categories struggle to compete with national brands who could out-spend them on every channel. Femi's bet was that the actual advantage in this market is not budget — it is speed, specialism, and treating the buyer with the seriousness the category deserves. Acquiri now runs appointment pipelines for partners across the UK, US and UAE.

    Where we work

    United Kingdom, United States and United Arab Emirates. The system is the same in each market; the wording, regulation and buyer behaviour are tuned locally. UK campaigns respect FCA, ASA and HMRC rules where relevant (particularly for pre-paid funeral plans and VAT zero-rating). US campaigns are TCPA-aware with per-state disclosure language. UAE campaigns run in English and Arabic where appropriate.
