How Acquiri pricing works.

Short answer

Acquiri charges in one of two ways, agreed on the qualification call: a three-month engagement with a service fee and a 90-day guarantee, or a fee per shown appointment. In both, you pay ad spend directly to Meta. UK clients are quoted in pounds, US clients in dollars.

Model 1: three-month engagement

Acquiri charges a service fee for a three-month engagement, quoted on the qualification call. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our service fee.

Guarantee: If the sales from our appointments haven't covered our fee by day 90, you don't pay again until they have.

Your fee is quoted on the qualification call, in pounds for UK clients and dollars for US clients.

Model 2: pay per shown appointment

For some partners we charge only when a booked appointment actually happens. We run the ads, call and qualify every enquiry and book the appointment into your calendar. You pay a fixed fee for each appointment that shows. No-shows are not billed.

The price per shown appointment is quoted on the qualification call. The exact figure depends on the service, the area and the qualification criteria, and is agreed before launch.

What counts as a shown appointment

A shown appointment is a booked appointment where the prospect actually meets your adviser or surveyor at the agreed time, in their home or on the call agreed. A booking that is cancelled, missed or not answered at the door is not a shown appointment and is not billed as one.

Before launch we agree the qualification checks with you, such as age, home ownership, the decision-maker being present and timescale. An appointment that meets those checks and takes place counts, whether or not it converts to a sale that day.

United Kingdom

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Ad spend is paid to Meta from your own ad account. Campaigns follow ASA advertising rules and UK GDPR, and finance or funeral-plan wording follows FCA rules where they apply.

United States

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Ad spend is paid to Meta from your own ad account. Calls and texts follow the TCPA and state calling rules, with consent captured on the landing page.

What is never included in the fee

Meta ad spend, which you pay directly. Planning figures in our guides, such as cost per qualified appointment, describe ad cost scenarios. They are not Acquiri's fee.
