1. Who we are

This website is run by Acquiri Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16133595), registered office 3 Paxton Mews, Durham, DH1 5BS, United Kingdom. "Acquiri", "we" and "us" mean Acquiri Limited.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to book a call with us. Please do not misuse the site or submit information that is not yours. Content on this site is for general information and may change without notice.

3. Booking a call

When you book a call with us, we use the details you give (name, email, company and mobile number) to confirm and prepare for the call, remind you before it, and follow up afterwards. Our services are provided under a separate written agreement; nothing on this site is an offer to supply services.

4. SMS terms

Program. Acquiri sends text messages about calls you have booked with us: booking confirmations, reminders before the call, the meeting link, and a message to rearrange if we miss each other.

How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on our booking form when you book a call with us. The form tells you we will text you about your call. You do not have to agree to texts to buy anything from us, and you can book without receiving texts by contacting us by email instead.

Frequency. Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 messages per booked call.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you.

Your number. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
