Shared stairlift leads
A shared lead is one enquiry delivered to several dealers. It is the cheapest unit and the slowest route to a visit: whoever calls first, quotes first, and often wins.
You pay for the lead whether or not the person answers. Your time goes on ringing people who may already have spoken to someone else.
Exclusive stairlift leads
An exclusive lead goes only to you. You avoid the race, and you pay more for that.
Exclusive does not mean qualified. Ask whether anyone calls the person, what is checked, and whether the number is real. If the answer is "the form was filled in", you still have the qualification work to do.
Booked, phone-qualified appointments
A booked appointment has been called, checked on age, home ownership, staircase type, whether the decision-maker is involved, and timescale, and agreed for a time. It costs more than a lead and removes the calling and the guesswork.
Our leads come from Meta ads to custom landing pages with no auto-fill forms. People type their own details, and we ring within 5 minutes.
What we have observed so far
In the observed Acquiri cohort (two US home-accessibility dealers (stairlifts and home access), 12 July to 9 October 2026 (last 90 days)), $4,477.78 of client-funded Meta ad spend produced 79 leads with a valid phone number and 30 booked home appointments (38% of leads), an ad cost of $149 per booked appointment. The two dealers ranged from $92 to $380. US dollars, ad spend only, excluding Acquiri's fee. Two dealers over 90 days is a small sample.
Judge any provider the same way: cost per booked appointment, with ad spend and fees separate, and a clear definition of what counts as booked.
Which one fits your business
A simple rule of thumb:
- Shared leads fit a call centre that can ring every lead in minutes and works at low conversion.
- Exclusive leads fit a team that can call and qualify but wants no competition on the enquiry.
- Booked appointments fit a dealer whose surveyors are the costly hour and who wants only checked visits.
How Acquiri charges
Acquiri charges a service fee for a three-month engagement, quoted on the qualification call. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our service fee.
If the sales from our appointments haven't covered our fee by day 90, you don't pay again until they have.
