Mobility leads · United Kingdom

Mobility leads in the UK: exclusive, shared, and what you are really buying.

Mobility leads are enquiries from people who want a stairlift, home lift, ramp, platform lift or walk-in bath. A shared lead is sold to several companies. An exclusive lead goes to one. An appointment is a lead that has been called, checked and booked.

    Short answer

In the UK, mobility leads for stairlifts, home lifts, ramps, platform lifts and walk-in baths come either shared or exclusive. Shared leads are sold to more than one company, so speed decides who wins. Exclusive leads belong to you alone. Acquiri goes one step further and delivers phone-qualified, booked appointments from Meta campaigns run for your business.

    Which products count as mobility

The same older homeowner and the same family decision-maker sit behind all of these, but the qualifying questions differ:

    • Stairlifts: staircase type, number of flights, who lives in the home.
    • Home lifts and through-floor lifts: space, structure, budget, and whether a planner or builder is involved.
    • Ramps: threshold height, access route, and who owns the property.
    • Vertical platform lifts: where the lift will sit, and whether the user is a wheelchair user.
    • Walk-in baths: bathroom size, mobility needs, and whether the bath is wanted for safety or comfort.

    Exclusive vs shared leads

A shared lead is one enquiry sold to several companies. By the time you ring, someone else may already have quoted. You pay less per lead and spend more time chasing.

An exclusive lead is sold only to you. You pay more per lead, and nobody else is calling the same person. Exclusive does not mean qualified: an exclusive lead can still be a name and a number that nobody has checked.

    Leads vs appointments

A lead is a person who showed interest. An appointment is a person who has been called, checked and agreed a time for a visit. The gap between them is the work: calling quickly, qualifying, and booking.

If your team is good on the phone and quick, leads can work. If your surveyors and installers are your most expensive hours, paying for the booked, checked appointment usually makes more sense.

What we have observed so far

In the observed Acquiri cohort (two US home-accessibility dealers (stairlifts and home access), 12 July to 9 October 2026 (last 90 days)), $4,477.78 of client-funded Meta ad spend produced 79 leads with a valid phone number and 30 booked home appointments (38% of leads), an ad cost of $149 per booked appointment. The two dealers ranged from $92 to $380. US dollars, ad spend only, excluding Acquiri's fee. Two dealers over 90 days is a small sample.

This cohort is US only and stairlift and home-access only. It is shown to illustrate how leads convert to booked appointments with phone qualification, not as a UK figure.

How Acquiri works with UK mobility businesses

We run Meta ads to custom landing pages with no auto-fill forms, call every enquiry within 5 minutes, qualify it for your product, and book the visit into your calendar. Each appointment is exclusive to you.

Acquiri charges a service fee for a three-month engagement, quoted on the qualification call. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our service fee.

    Frequently asked questions

Enquiries from people interested in stairlifts, home lifts, ramps, platform lifts, walk-in baths or similar mobility products. They can be bought as leads or as booked appointments.

They avoid competing with other companies on the same enquiry, so they usually convert better. They are not automatically qualified, so check whether anyone has called and verified the person.

A lead is an enquiry. An appointment has been called, qualified and booked into your calendar. You pay for the extra work of calling and booking when you buy appointments.

Stairlifts, home lifts, vertical platform lifts, ramps and walk-in baths, for businesses whose customers are mostly over 60.

Compare cost per booked appointment and cost per sale, not cost per lead. For planning only, a UK qualified stairlift survey is about £70 to £160 and a qualified bathing consultation about £80 to £200 to generate. These are scenarios, not Acquiri's fee.

Acquiri charges a service fee for a three-month engagement, quoted on the qualification call. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our service fee. If the sales from our appointments haven't covered our fee by day 90, you don't pay again until they have.
